01About these terms
These terms govern your use of kinarv.com, including the Arv Review. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
KinArv is a trading name of registered company name to be confirmed, a company registered in England and Wales under company number company number to be confirmed, with its registered office at registered office address to be confirmed.
02What this site is
The site describes what we do and offers the Arv Review: a set of questions about how your family and its wealth are organised, and a one-page analysis of what the answers suggest.
The review is a starting point for a conversation. It is built from what most families in a similar position tend to have in place, and it can only work from what you enter. It does not know your circumstances, your documents or your intentions beyond the answers you give it.
03The Arv Review is not advice
This is the most important section on the page, so it is written plainly.
The analysis the review produces is general information. It is not personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to take, or not to take, any particular course of action. Nothing on this site is an offer or an invitation to buy or sell any investment, or to use any particular adviser or product.
Using the review does not make us your adviser and does not create a professional relationship between us. We do not carry out legal, tax or investment work ourselves. Where the analysis points to a gap, the next step is a conversation and, if it is warranted, an introduction to an independent specialist who can advise you properly.
Before you act on anything you read here, take advice from someone qualified to give it, who knows your circumstances.
04Using the site
You may use the site for your own purposes, and you may share the analysis with your family and your advisers.
You may not:
- use the site or anything on it for a commercial purpose of your own without our agreement;
- copy, republish or resell the review, its questions or its analysis;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, or any system behind it, that is not open to you;
- introduce anything malicious, or interfere with how the site works for anyone else; or
- enter information about another person who has not agreed to it.
We may withdraw access if the site is being used in any of those ways.
05Our content
The text, design, questions, scoring and analysis on this site belong to us or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Reading the site, and using the review for your own family, does not transfer any of that to you.
You are welcome to quote us with attribution. You are not free to reproduce the review itself.
06Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation, we do so because we think it is useful, not as an endorsement of everything it says or does. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for them.
07Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
We take reasonable care over what we publish, and the site is provided as it is. Please satisfy yourself that anything you rely on is right for your circumstances.
08Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that arises from your use of this site or from reliance on anything in the Arv Review, including any decision taken, or not taken, on the strength of the analysis. If you use the site in the course of a business, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of an anticipated opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
If you are a consumer, this section does not affect your statutory rights.

What we do with the information you give us is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.
10Changes to these terms
We update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
